My personal opinion (the review)
This one stunk. It seemed to trip toward the finish line, jumping ahead to finish things off, and then slowing back down to keep interest. Sex was on just about everyone's mind, that or murder- sometimes both. The final chapters tied things up in nice bows, but at what cost? The writing was great, the story line was engaging, the characters were vivid, but this just left me with a bad, filmy taste in my mouth. I'm sure it'll be made into a huge summer blockbuster, like Maze Runner. But unlike that one, I'll skip this one.

Series review as a whole
Skip this one. It started out cool, but then just went weird and then moved sideways into depraved (sex sells, right?). If you really want to make it work, read the first 2 and then skip to the end of the 5th one, starting with the aftermath chapters. They tie up the loose ends and you get to skip the worthless parts.
